Business Terms

Sampling	:	FREE of cost up to a limit on "Freight Collect" basis.
Minimum Order Quantity	:	Varies for different product categories. Usually 200 meters / 100 pieces (in bigger sizes) / 500 pieces (in smaller sizes) / Style /Color Volume order discount may be provided for large order quantities.
Minimum Order Value	:	US$ 10,000 / Euro 7,500 / GBP 5,000 per shipment.
Delivery Time	:	6-8 weeks from receipt of confirmed order / advance / LC. For urgent orders, shorter delivers may be considered depending upon order quantity.
Shipping Mode	:	By Air / Ocean Freight / Doorstep delivery by Courier.
Shipment Inspection	:	Inception by an independent agency as per international norms can also be arranged at buyers cost. For e.g. SGS Certificate.
Pricing Terms	:	US Dollar / Euro / GBP, F.O.B. India (any port)
Payment terms	:	Advance T/T (Wire Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) For orders under US$ 15,000/- (or equivalent), 100% advance by wire transfer is preferred. For orders above $ 15,000/- (or equivalent), Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Certificate of Origin
GSP Certificate of Origin (Form A) from India can be provided, if required.
Replacement/repair Policy
In an unfortunate incident of goods being damaged in transit or manufacturing defect, we shall look into the aspects involved and would require the originals to be sent back to us for examination at Buyer's cost. The goods may be repaired/replaced/issue of credit note as may be decided by the management.
Important
All bank charges induced (incl. T/T & L/C) out of INDIA will be on buyer's account. Prices are subject to change according to the market prices of the new materials. A surcharge may be involved if the cost of raw materials rise significantly. All offers are SUBJECT TO Force Majeure events. All offers are usually made in FOB India any Indian port in US$(US Dollar)/Euro/GBP as per the prevailing exchange rate and any fluctuations will be to buyer's account. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
